These Terms and Conditions govern the use of online teaching services provided for IB Diploma Programme (DP) Physics (SL & HL). By enrolling in or accessing these classes, students and parents/guardians agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Services

Classes are delivered online through live sessions and digital platforms.
Instruction focuses on conceptual understanding, exam preparation, and academic skill development aligned with the IB MYP & DP Physics syllabus.
No guarantee of specific grades or examination results is implied, as outcomes depend on individual student effort, attendance, and engagement.

3. Enrollment & Eligibility

Students must be enrolled in or preparing for IB MYP or DP Physics (SL or HL).
Accurate academic and contact information must be provided at enrollment.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of fees.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Missed classes due to student absence are not eligible for refunds or fee adjustments.

5. Class Attendance & Participation

Regular attendance is expected for academic progress.
Students are responsible for joining classes on time and ensuring stable internet connectivity.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund.

6. Recording & Use of Content

Class recordings and materials are provided strictly for personal academic use.
Recording, sharing, or distributing class content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorised use may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Internal Assessment (IA) Support

IA guidance strictly follows IB academic honesty guidelines.
Support includes conceptual guidance, feedback, and improvement suggestions only.
No manipulation or creation of student work will be performed.
Final responsibility for IA content lies with the student.

8. Academic Integrity

Students are expected to maintain high standards of academic honesty.
Plagiarism or unethical academic behaviour will not be supported.
The teacher is not responsible for penalties imposed by the IB due to student misconduct.

9. Technology & Platform Limitations

While every effort is made to ensure smooth delivery, technical issues such as internet failure, platform outages, or device problems may occur.

10. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated if terms are violated, payments are not met, or inappropriate behaviour is observed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
