Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully
IBDP Physics provides personalised online academic coaching services. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are processed only after clear communication and confirmation with parents or students.
Once a class package is purchased and classes have commenced, refunds are not applicable.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved at our sole discretion, the refunded amount (if any) will be processed after deducting administrative and platform charges.
Students or parents may request cancellation of future classes by providing prior notice. However, completed classes and ongoing sessions are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered conducted and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to tutor availability.
Any payment-related concerns or disputes should be communicated directly with us via email or WhatsApp before raising a chargeback or dispute with the payment gateway.
